BR-LITE®

“BR-LITE®” is a bullet-resistant security glass composed of multi-layers of glass panes sandwich with layers of polyvinyl butyral.
 
BR-LITE® is designed for providing high levels of ballistic protection. Successive layers of glass and PVB interlayer serve to absorb the tremendous energy that needs to be dissipated when a bullet strikes the glass.

  • 67mm for R2 classification (7.62mm / FAL NATO)
  • *** The frame for “BR-LITE” glass should be stronger and have deeper rebates than that for conventional glass. It must be capable of carrying additional mass of the glass while resisting high impact velocity.
